What you'll do

  • Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
  • Install, upgrade, replace, troubleshoot, and decommission server and network hardware.
  • Execute hardware maintenance activities and component replacements following approved procedures.
  • Install, label, test, validate, and maintain copper and fiber cabling infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to assigned work through ServiceNow, JIRA, or equivalent systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and asset management systems.
  • Follow SOPs, MOPs, and approved change management procedures for safety and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • At least one year of relevant technical experience or an associate degree in a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently following established procedures.
  • Experience supporting data center operations, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in ticket management platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of server hardware, storage, networking technologies, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems effectively.
