What you'll do
Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, network equipment, and other hardware components in the data center.
Quickly identify and resolve hardware and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connections, switches, and firewalls for optimal data flow.
Perform regular hardware inspections, upgrades, and replacements to keep systems operational.
Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental guidelines.
What we're looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience in data center operations, preferably in HPC or AI infrastructure.
Proficient in server hardware installation and troubleshooting for major brands like Dell, HPE, Cisco.
Experience with high-throughput networking (10/25/40/100GbE), InfiniBand, and RDMA.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple system layers.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent data center certifications preferred.
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
