Catalyst Foundations Data Center Technician - Ashburn, VA

What you'll do

• Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers and network devices.
• Install and maintain copper and fiber cabling infrastructure in data centers.
• Monitor and respond to work tickets through approved ticketing systems.
• Manage inventory and asset records for equipment tracking and auditing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
• Participate in Catalyst Program training to build foundational technical skills.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated interest in technology and data center operations
• Ability to follow technical procedures accurately under supervision
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a data center environment
• Willingness to work non-standard schedules including nights and weekends
