What you'll do

  • Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
  • Install, upgrade, replace, troubleshoot, and decommission server and network hardware.
  • Execute hardware maintenance activities and component replacements following approved procedures.
  • Install, label, test, validate, and maintain copper and fiber cabling infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to assigned work through ServiceNow, JIRA, or equivalent systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and asset management systems.
  • Follow SOPs, MOPs, and approved change management procedures for safety and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • At least one year of relevant technical experience in IT, military service, or data center operations.
  • Strong technical aptitude for advancing in data center roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticket management systems.
  • Knowledge of server hardware, storage, and networking technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.
  • Certifications in ESD, electrical safety, ladder use, powered equipment operation, and server lifting.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
