  • Manage multiple high-impact workstreams, navigating abstraction levels in communications.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Compliance/AML with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Expert level skills in SQL and data analysis tools like Tableau and Looker.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using deep technical expertise.
  • Experience leading multiple high-impact workstreams and navigating abstraction levels.
  • Strong communication skills for educating partners on compliance program impacts.
  • Visionary approach to defining problems and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
