Senior ML/AI Modeler, Risk Automation Machine Learning

What you'll do

• Experiment and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems to improve analyst productivity and eliminate manual decision loops.
• Own the end-to-end system including API calls, prompt tuning, orchestration, metrics, evaluation, productionization, and monitoring.
• Build transformer-based ML models using diverse data sets like payment transactions, asset graphs, and unstructured text.
• Work cross-functionally with product, platform, engineering, and operational stakeholders to deploy and tune production-grade systems.
• Utilize Python ML stack, LLMs, Pytorch, Snowflake, Airflow, and cloud services (GCP and AWS) to execute tasks.
• Use agentic tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Openclaw to accelerate research, development, devOps, and documentation.
• Drive strategic roadmaps and priorities to completion by collaborating with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of Machine Learning modeling experience.
• A Master's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, operations research, applied math, stats, physics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with AI engineering, Large language models, and traditional NLP techniques (preferred).
• Full stack ML experience (preferred).
• Experience building and deploying ML/AI to production systems that are performant at scale.
• Experience independently owning and driving programs with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Python ML stack, LLMs, Pytorch, Snowflake, Airflow, and cloud services (GCP & AWS).
• Ability to work from any location in the United States or Canada.
