What you'll do

Create and optimize data models across eventing, customer-level, and process-level data using AI-assisted tools.
Take ownership of critical data pipelines for money movement, customer datasets, and experimentation platforms.
Build monitoring systems to assess data quality and lineage while developing AI agents for automated resolution.
Participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose, log, and fix business-critical pipeline issues.
Translate non-technical business requirements into technical specifications and develop automated end-to-end solutions.
Transform raw event streams and transactional systems into governed, tested, and reliable analytical assets.
Deliver metrics and ML-ready datasets for product growth across banking, lending, and commerce domains.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Dbt.
Experience designing medium-to-large data engineering solutions across the entire project lifecycle including scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Experience with ETL scheduling technologies with dependency checking, such as Airflow or Prefect.
Experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling.
Experience setting up data quality and data lineage monitoring.
Experience with data driven decisions through AI and agentic automation.
