People Intelligence Architect

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines to unify people data across HRIS, ATS, and compensation systems.
• Model sensitive workforce data for analytics and machine learning while ensuring high standards of privacy and governance.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic models for attrition, hiring health, organizational network analysis, and compensation equity.
• Translate complex, ambiguous people questions into rigorous analyses that provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automations to operationalize data insights and trigger automated workflows.
• Establish safety guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns for agentic systems handling sensitive information.
• Own the end-to-end architecture connecting pipelines, models, and agents into a single coherent system.
• Set technical standards for People data and AI through code reviews, design documentation, and peer mentorship.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience building data pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt/Airflow, and cloud data warehouses.
• Solid data science foundation in statistics, machine learning, experiment design, and model selection.
• Working knowledge of people/HR data including its specific sensitivities, ethics, and nuances.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks for building automations and evaluation loops.
• Strong systems thinking to design interconnected components rather than isolated parts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical models to executives and workflows to engineers.
• Experience with people analytics platforms, organizational network analysis, or deploying AI in regulated environments (preferred).
