Campus Contracts Manager

What you'll do

• Manage all aspects of GC, Cx, AE, and other service contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Negotiate and issue construction contracts in alignment with project requirements and regional timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution to safeguard project objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor budgets, manage the change order process, and provide regular financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Oversee commissioning activities to ensure contractors are accountable for system startup and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, amendments, and correspondence while providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive commercial compliance and problem resolution with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What we're looking for

• A Master's degree plus 4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in related fields is required.
• Candidates must be able to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
• Experience in large building construction or hyperscale data centers is preferred.
• Experience negotiating terms for services, construction, engineering, materials, and equipment installation is preferred.
• Understanding of full lifecycle contracting principles and legal terms is preferred.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with commissioning standards (ASHRAE, NETA) and building codes is preferred.
• Experience managing various contract types such as GMP, Stipulated Sum, Unit Rate, T&M, and Incentive Fees is preferred.
