Business Systems Analyst, Workforce Management

What you'll do

• Document current-state processes and define future-state capabilities with business leaders.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify workforce management needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Decompose workforce management functions into scalable system components and data models.
• Create process flows, diagrams, and data mappings for system interactions.
• Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, and integration points.
• Support vendor evaluations and perform fit-gap analyses for new technology solutions.
• Ensure traceability from initial requirements through to the engineering build and testing phases.

What we're looking for

• 5 plus years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience in technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements elicitation skills.
• Knowledge of WFM concepts and metrics.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and architectures.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
