What you'll do

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into actionable system requirements while considering data and technology constraints.
Validate requirements and identify dependencies to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Act as a liaison between business users and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope.
Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate stakeholder alignment.
Identify, evaluate, and configure cost-effective systems that meet specific business requirements.
Provide senior-level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
Analyze and document client requirements while revising existing systems logic as necessary.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification (preferred).
Proficiency in business analysis, client management, consulting, and project management.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and solutions design.
Skills in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and technical writing/documentation.
Ability to perform workflow analysis and conduct business assessments within an IT environment.
Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
