Senior Bus Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications for changes to technology applications.
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
• Lead business process improvement projects to enhance results for internal business groups.
• Identify and document constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed system changes.
• Provide recommendations to resolve specific business issues for assigned business groups.
• Manage risks associated with business objectives to ensure compliance with enterprise risk frameworks.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and workflow analysis is required.
• Skills in technical writing and documentation are required.
• Knowledge of IT project management and the IT environment is required.
• Experience with application development, business management, and customer solutions (preferred).
• Experience with design, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and UX design (preferred).
