What you'll do

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into actionable system requirements while considering data and technology constraints.
Validate requirements and identify dependencies to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to align on scope and priorities.
Facilitate requirement reviews and walkthroughs to ensure stakeholder understanding.
Identify, evaluate, and configure cost-effective systems that meet business requirements.
Provide consulting services to internal groups on process improvement projects.
Analyze and document client requirements while revising existing system logic as necessary.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification (preferred).
Proficiency in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and workflow analysis.
Experience in technical writing and documentation.
Skills in Agile Project Management, Application Development, and Software Solutions (preferred).
Experience in Risk Management, Process Improvements, and User Experience (UX) Design (preferred).
Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
