What you'll do

  • Analyze existing operations and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Review, triage, and resolve application issues while maintaining detailed support documentation.
  • Provide technical training and create instructional materials for internal users.
  • Design and implement improved workflows using industrial and management engineering techniques.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Box, Workday Procurement, and Office365 applications.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of faculty and staff regarding technology resources.
  • Develop project action plans, including time/cost estimates and formal presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor system availability and manage technical requests through ServiceNow and email.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Must demonstrate learning agility to adapt to new procedures, technologies, and changing priorities.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have technical proficiency in office software and relevant computer applications.
