Business Program Manager - Capacity Change Management and Field Enablement
The Business Program Manager - Capacity Change Management and Field Enablement joins the Capacity Shared Services team to drive change management practices across AI and non-AI capacity. This role focuses on establishing consistent stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and adoption strategies to ensure new processes become embedded ways of working. The individual will build and operationalize self-service tools, including intake forms, playbooks, and AI-powered assistants like the Azure Capacity Agent to provide timely guidance for the Field, partners, and customers. Key responsibilities include translating complex requirements into triage workflows, managing cross-functional dependencies with Engineering teams, and optimizing the capacity escalation front door. The role requires expertise in program management, process improvement, and leveraging cloud technologies, CRM platforms, low-code solutions, and Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows and solve critical infrastructure scaling challenges within the Capacity Operating System.
Establish and maintain a shared change management practice for AI and non-AI capacity initiatives.
Translate stakeholder needs and escalation patterns into scalable intake, triage, and approval workflows.
Develop and manage comprehensive change plans including communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure adoption.
Partner with Engineering teams to design, test, and integrate enablement capabilities within the Capacity Operating System.
Convert high-touch enablement motions into reusable intellectual property such as playbooks, templates, and automated agents.
Build and maintain self-service tools like intake forms and AI-powered assistants to reduce manual effort for field teams.
Define and monitor success metrics including adoption rates, resolution times, and stakeholder satisfaction to drive data-informed decisions.
Drive modernization by implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field and 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in program/process management (preferred).
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and organizational change initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption (preferred).
Proven ability to design and scale operational, enablement, self-service, customer success, or workflow programs (preferred).
Experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and workflows with engineering teams (preferred).
Strong program management skills including risk management, dependency tracking, and data-driven decision making in complex environments (preferred).
Experience leveraging cloud technologies, CRM/workflow platforms, low-code solutions, AI tools, and operational analytics to optimize processes (preferred).
