What you'll do

Manage operational projects end-to-end from initial definition and solutioning through implementation and transition.
Solve complex problems at the intersection of people, hardware systems, and software infrastructure.
Deploy to new locations to establish facilities, build local partnerships, and represent the company on the ground.
Collaborate with real estate and corporate development teams on site selection, lease execution, and M&A integration.
Provide structure to ambiguous problems by using first-principles thinking to guide cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions.
Analyze data from internal systems like ERP and HRIS to provide actionable insights for functional teams.
Project manage diverse stakeholder groups including C-suite executives across various departments like engineering, finance, and legal.

What we're looking for

You must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy and operations, or as a business analyst.
You must possess strong agency and judgment to operate independently and make decisions with imperfect information.
You must be able to build trust and relationships across various functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
You must be able to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, executives, and external partners.
You must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at a rapid pace while providing regular progress updates.
An undergraduate degree in a STEM major is preferred.
Experience as a former startup founder or early-stage operator is preferred.
