Business Intelligence Program Manager

What you'll do

• Define and lead business intelligence strategies supporting Oracle-wide operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Own complex analytics initiatives across multiple organizations, delivering actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Identify trends and inefficiencies through data analysis, recommending strategic actions to senior leadership.
• Architect scalable metrics frameworks and robust SQL-based data pipelines as foundational sources of truth for the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on business performance, operational effectiveness, and strategic planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, finance, operations, and business leaders to establish shared priorities.
• Develop new analytical approaches that improve Oracle’s ability to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, technical program management, analytics, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in data analytics, large-scale data pipelines, SQL, BI platforms, reporting architectures, and data visualization technologies.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives influencing business strategy and executive decision-making.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying organization-wide challenges and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
