What we're looking for
- 8+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering or related technical data roles.
- Expert-level SQL skills and extensive data modeling experience across multiple business domains.
- Proven ability to ship customer-facing production-grade reporting accurately and on time daily.
- Deep expertise in semantic layer design, metrics-as-code patterns, and organizational-scale data governance.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, conversational analytics tools, and machine learning workflows consuming structured data.
- Experience evaluating and adopting analytics engineering tooling at the organizational level.
