The Associate Director - Infrastructure and Architecture leads a team of engineers responsible for integrating four current and all future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams. This leader owns fourteen broad technology platforms, designing and developing IT infrastructure architecture solutions to solve business problems while aligning with enterprise standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing technical planning, developing specifications for new products, and resolving complex operational problems across interdependent technologies. The role requires expertise in distributed compute hardware, hypervisors, server OS, public cloud IaaS and PaaS from all hyperscalers, block and file storage, distributed databases, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code. The work specifically addresses the technical challenge of merging diverse infrastructure and platforms into a unified enterprise architecture during M&A integrations.
