Business Architect

What you'll do

• Design data architecture by conducting needs analysis, resolving routine problems, and estimating outcomes.
• Develop technical roadmaps for business processes, application blueprints, and data models.
• Analyze business requirements and identify technical gaps to support corporate strategies.
• Perform risk assessments and quality assurance processes for business architecture components.
• Create and troubleshoot SQL queries while utilizing Hadoop, Hive, and Impala technologies.
• Document detailed data requirements and perform analysis for downstream demand.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and client feedback to various stakeholders and technology teams.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience of 5+ years in an industry-relevant role is required.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating and troubleshooting queries is required.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, and Impala is required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical content to general audiences and manage projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Preferred skills include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Python, and Enterprise Architecture Framework.
• Experience with risk assessments and business process modeling is preferred.
