The AI Solutions Architect, Business Process Optimization, joins the team to lead the strategy, enablement, and scaling of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role involves identifying high-value opportunities, designing full system architectures, and building prototypes or reference implementations that move beyond demos into production. Key responsibilities include consulting on initiatives, coaching developers on prompting and agentic experiences, and ensuring responsible AI governance for sensitive financial data. You will utilize knowledge graphs, vector databases, language models, and tools like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude. The position requires expertise in architecture design, business process optimization, and data analytics using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. You will solve complex problems by translating emerging AI trends into practical, scalable, and secure technical recommendations for business and operational needs.
Design and architect full systems around AI models including retrieval, orchestration, APIs, and observability.
Build working prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations for scalable production use.
Consult on AI initiatives to evaluate feasibility, security, cost, and whether AI is the best solution for a problem.
Coach developers and program managers on prompting, agent harnesses, and AI-assisted coding.
Research emerging AI models and market trends to provide practical implementation recommendations.
Ensure AI responsibility by establishing privacy controls, auditability, and human review processes for sensitive data.
Lead enablement programs and workshops to increase AI literacy across the organization.
Measure output quality, latency, cost, and post-launch business impact for AI solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related concentration.
MBA or equivalent experience (preferred).
Minimum 6+ years of experience in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success.
Strong understanding of architecture design principles, cloud native patterns, business process optimization, and/or AI development.
Demonstrated experience with AI-powered business applications, including knowledge graphs, vector databases, language models, and agentic AI protocols.
Proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Adobe portfolio tools.
Ability to develop architecture diagrams, capability modeling, and value stream mapping.
Strong data analytics and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
