Business Applications Analyst Senior (Salesforce Administrator)

What you'll do

• Provide analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders regarding business and IT platform directions.
• Identify, research, and analyze technology solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Document business requirements for application and data systems to improve processes and meet contractual needs.
• Direct the testing and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing platforms.
• Design and administer standards, policies, and quality assurance methodologies for application documentation.
• Monitor and control business activity risks in accordance with corporate risk and compliance policies.
• Provide work direction and coaching to team members regarding their professional development.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration, automation, and security models.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design, and/or IT documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for workflows, business requirements, and technical functionality of IT applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of risk and controls with experience identifying gaps, documenting controls, and testing those controls.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries (preferred).
