As a Business Analytics Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner within the organization to transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities, solve critical challenges, and drive measurable outcomes through advanced analytics. Your daily responsibilities include designing and implementing analytical solutions, developing scalable methodologies, and synthesizing findings into compelling narratives for executive audiences. You will also work to integrate insights into operational workflows and champion a culture of data-driven thinking. The role requires proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, and Databricks. Candidates should possess strong business acumen and experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced statistical modeling. This position focuses on solving complex problems within the healthcare, health services, payer, or PBM domains to improve organizational results through evidence-based recommendations.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable analytical approaches for senior leadership.
Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using forecasting, measurement frameworks, and performance evaluation.
Develop scalable analytical methodologies, tools, and processes to provide repeatable business value.
Synthesize complex findings into clear narratives to communicate risks, trends, and performance drivers to executives.
Establish meaningful metrics and success measures to evaluate the impact of business outcomes.
Integrate analytics insights into operational workflows and business processes across various departments.
Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor colleagues and advance organizational analytics capabilities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical discipline.
Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
Strong business acumen to connect analytical findings to strategic and operational outcomes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive results.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, Databricks, or similar technologies.
Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience within healthcare, health services, payer, PBM, or regulated industries (preferred).
Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, experimentation, or advanced statistical modeling (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems (preferred).
Experience developing scalable analytics frameworks, products, or operationalized solutions (preferred).
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact (preferred).
