Business Analyst II

What you'll do

• Translate complex business workflows and needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for ordering platforms.
• Map and model end-to-end business processes across ERP and PLM ecosystems.
• Drive product simplification initiatives including SKU rationalization and BOM rule streamlining.
• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate business documentation, process modeling, and test scenario creation.
• Design, build, and test AI agents to operate within strict business rules and compliance guidelines.
• Partner with software developers to clarify functional specs and guide technical requirement implementation.
• Design and execute end-to-end test plans and validation scripts for BOM structures and configuration rules.
• Manage backlog priorities and user stories within an Agile framework to ensure continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise software configuration (preferred).
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools like Google Gemini or Agent Orchestration for requirements, process modeling, or test scripts (preferred).
• Technical proficiency with Oracle PLM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle CPQ (preferred).
• Familiarity with database scripting or automation tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, or Google Apps Script (preferred).
• Domain knowledge in the Telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Experience leading initiatives with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies (preferred).
