Business Analyst, Digital Health (Acute Care and Monitoring)

What you'll do

• Translate large business goals into clear tasks and user stories for the Product Design team.
• Gather detailed functional and non-functional specifications through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Manage the technical backlog by defining and grooming requirements with the development team.
• Analyze current business workflows, system interfaces, and operational gaps to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and define prioritized features for the roadmap.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for the engineering team.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure product designs meet specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Marketing to ensure agile releases align with business goals.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in systems, digital, or software development.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in systems, digital, or software development with a proven track record.
• Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated product industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
• Experience in at least 5 major product or portfolio releases is preferred.
• Ability to understand complex system behaviors, engineering problems, and technical/architectural constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for persuading others on the value of ideas.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not available for this role).
