Business Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and reliability across all internal systems and technical platforms.
• Manage the CRM system including handling change requests, data loads, and local user acceptance testing.
• Develop and support tools, dashboards, and platforms to ensure business teams have timely access to accurate information.
• Enforce data governance by ensuring definitions and pipelines align with global requirements.
• Automate data processes and provide technical support to improve operational stability and productivity.
• Partner with the Customer Insights Manager to manage the storage, manipulation, and retrieval of critical data.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and system changes across the affiliate.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have 2+ years of experience in a data or business analyst role, statistics, or related roles.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy providing services to the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement metrics and data analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL and experience with Power BI, Quiver, and/or Contour (preferred).
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Salesforce, SFMC, OneKey data, and other commercial data sources.
• Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English.
