As Director of Building Automation, you will lead the strategic direction and governance of automation systems for OCI’s global data center portfolio, setting standards for building management systems, OT controls architecture, cybersecurity, and integration practices. You will oversee a team responsible for automation platforms across multiple regions, ensuring consistent and secure operations as the business scales. Key responsibilities include defining long-term technical strategies, driving adoption of smart technologies, and collaborating with engineering, facilities, IT, security, and construction teams to align standards and investment priorities. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in controls engineering or building automation leadership, particularly in data centers or similar uptime-critical environments, along with deep expertise in BMS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and OT cybersecurity frameworks like IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82.
