What you'll do

  • Own and drive technical solution design and execution for multiple AI initiatives.
  • Deliver scalable and resilient AI solutions in partnership with Product Owners, Architects, and Security teams.
  • Support the development of ethical AI solutions with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Migrate systems to cloud platforms and microservices-based environments using next-generation architecture.
  • Recommend AI-driven improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience.
  • Stay current with advancements in generative AI, analytics, and automation technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with AI or generative AI frameworks and products.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI.
  • Experience with enterprise tools SNOW and JIRA.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and API integration (preferred).
  • Proficiency across cloud platforms and microservices-based environments (preferred).
  • Must not reside in CO, CA, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NV, RI, VT, VA, ME, or WA.
