  • Analyze existing VLSI design systems to identify opportunities for AI integration and productivity improvements.

  • Clean and preprocess data fed into commercial AI tools to ensure high output quality.
  • Create and refine AI agents to improve the Quality of Results from AI-generated outputs.
  • Deploy AI agents to resolve common tool errors and minimize human intervention.
  • Develop intelligent chatbots to provide engineers with quick access to critical information.
  • Conduct training for end-users on AI-enhanced flows and establish best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML system development and deployment.
  • Proficiency integrating external tools for use with Large Language Model (LLM) agents and the MCP protocol.
  • Experience developing and deploying commercial AI tools to enhance productivity within design flows.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple AI agents to achieve overarching process control.
  • Skills in data selection, cleaning, and preprocessing for commercial AI tools.
  • Strong self-management and communication skills for collaborating with a worldwide, multi-time zone team.
  • Ability to create pragmatic solutions that enable predictable schedules.
