AI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.
• Integrate and deploy Generative AI models like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain into production environments.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices to support backend infrastructure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability for production services.

What we're looking for

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of backend development experience using Java Spring Boot or Python is required.
• Experience with Generative AI APIs, LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG pipelines is required.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector databases is required.
• Exposure to multi-modal AI systems and agentic AI frameworks (preferred).
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment workflows (preferred).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like Azure (preferred).
