What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end discovery, assessment, application mapping, and migration planning for AWS WorkSpaces transformations.
  • Define migration roadmaps including pilot deployments, cutover strategies, and rollback procedures.
  • Architect and optimize both persistent and non-persistent AWS WorkSpaces environments based on business requirements.
  • Implement user profile persistence using FSLogix, Amazon FSx, and other profile management technologies.
  • Establish enterprise-grade Golden Image Management frameworks and automated image lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and maintain reusable Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code modules for AWS WorkSpaces and supporting cloud services.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment and image management tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in EUC, VDI, Desktop Virtualization, or Cloud Workspace solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and AWS WorkSpaces.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale desktop migration and workplace modernization initiatives.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and architecture experience.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with thousands of virtual desktop users.
  • Expert level proficiency in Terraform and experience with AWS CloudFormation (preferred).
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking, or End User Computing specialization (preferred).
