As an AWS Technical Lead on the cloud infrastructure team, you will lead a group of DevOps Engineers to modernize and expand federal client capabilities through advanced cloud solutions. What you'll do

  • Own the current state of AWS systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the final escalation point to ensure that response SLAs are met.
  • Define technical requirements and objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders and customers.
  • Lead the design of system improvements and integrate AI practices into existing infrastructure.
  • Manage a team of DevOps Engineers to implement secure cloud strategies.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of improvements based on customer requests.
  • Develop cloud adoption strategies in partnership with senior leadership and enterprise architecture teams.
  • Build high-availability, secure, and automated solutions aligned with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible for Public Trust clearance.
  • 10+ years of IT/digital transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architectures and implementations (preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise leading multi-tenant cloud systems including landing zones and multi-account systems.
  • Experience in team management, including leading and developing team members.
  • Experience developing high-availability, secure, and automated solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps tools like Terraform, Jenkins, or GitLab (preferred); Professional Cloud Certifications (preferred).
