The AVP, Agentic & Generative AI PM joins the advanced analytics team to identify, build, and scale next-generation Agentic and Generative AI products across the enterprise. This role involves leading a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to transform traditional insurance processes into AI-first digital solutions. Key responsibilities include owning the AI roadmap, identifying high-value business problems, and moving products from discovery and MVP through production and enterprise scale. The successful candidate will utilize Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and experimentation principles to deliver measurable business value. Required skills include deep technical fluency in AI/ML, Generative AI platforms, and data analytics. The role requires expertise in evaluation, reliability, observability, and governance to operationalize agentic products within complex business workflows and cross-functional environments.
Own and drive the strategy for Agentic and Generative AI products across the enterprise.
Identify high-value business problems and lead products from discovery and MVP through production scale.
Lead a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver AI-centric programs.
Influence senior executives regarding AI strategies, investments, and the democratization of AI technologies.
Partner with technical teams to integrate and operationalize AI into business processes for measurable value.
Apply Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles to quickly test, validate, and scale new opportunities.
Establish AI platforms with standardized tools, processes, and ways of working.
Define product success through measurable business outcomes, customer experience, reliability, and economics.
What we're looking for
Background in Product Management, CS-Math, Data Science, Operational Research, or related disciplines.
10+ years of product management experience building and scaling technology products within technology companies or sophisticated digital organizations.
Demonstrated experience personally leading Agentic AI products from development through successful production deployment at organizational or business-unit scale.
Proven ability to move Agentic AI solutions beyond prototypes into production environments with meaningful user adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Excellent knowledge of AI technologies and strong technical fluency to work effectively with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Architects.
Practical understanding of operating Agentic AI products at scale, including evaluation, observability, reliability, guardrails, human oversight, orchestration, security, cost, and ongoing product operations.
Experience leading and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar product-focused teams.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders, customers, technical teams, and governance partners.
