What you'll do

Design technical solutions for complex problems by interpreting requirements and allocating them to technical components.
Perform onsite AV system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure high levels of operational readiness.
Provide technical support to end users in person or by phone to resolve AV performance issues.
Manage system documentation and troubleshooting guides in Confluence, Jira, or other ticketing systems.
Conduct AV system user training and ensure compliance with change management processes for system updates.
Provide on-call support outside regular business hours to address urgent AV system issues.
Mentor junior engineers and partner with systems administrators to solve complex infrastructure problems.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have 15+ years of related Network Engineering experience.
Must have a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or 19 years of equivalent job-related experience.
Must have experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of Integrated Client Transmitters.
Must have experience installing and troubleshooting audiovisual systems such as Cisco and Thinklogical.
Must have experience supporting high ops-temp environments.
Experience configuring, designing, and troubleshooting QoS in LAN or WAN devices (preferred).
