AV Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Maintain and support the company's AV infrastructure across conference rooms, training spaces, and production floors.
• Update all systems with current operating systems, software, and applications to ensure constant availability.
• Provide technical support for diverse events ranging from podcasts to large-scale conferences.
• Design and install AV systems using standardized design concepts across various workspaces.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and service interruptions quickly to maintain meeting space operability.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of AV systems for end-users.
• Manage contractors for events or construction projects involving AV installations.
• Perform weekly on-call duties to provide continuous support for critical systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in AV system administration.
• Familiarity with conferencing tools like Zoom and MS Teams, as well as editing software like Adobe Premiere and OBS.
• Knowledge of AV equipment including mixers, microphones, cameras, Crestron, and QSYS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with physical LV, AV, or other IT installations.
• Experience managing contractors for events or construction projects.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
