What you'll do

Analyze tightening curves and graphs to identify anomalies like cross-threading or joint relaxation.
Train manufacturing technicians and operators on the safe handling of smart tools.
Maintain tooling health and calibration records to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

What we're looking for

2–5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing with precision assembly systems.
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus controllers and MicroTorque systems.
Proven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware.
Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze tightening traces and identify failure modes.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces to install hardware.
Experience with Atlas Copco software, micro-fastening applications, torque-tension relationships, or high-mix manufacturing (preferred).
