As an Associate, Systems Engineer, you will join the engineering team to support the planning, development, and evaluation of system solutions across various technical activities. You will perform operational analysis, develop concept of operations, and create design and implementation plans while developing test plans, procedures, and cases. Your daily work involves conducting tests, documenting results, troubleshooting software and hardware, and analyzing systems requirements from end users to support complex system designs and architectures. To succeed in this role, you should possess skills in systems architecture, analysis, performance modeling, and project management. You will utilize scripting and software tools, with a preference for experience in model-based systems engineering and familiarity with Rhapsody. This position focuses on solving technical challenges within the defense technology sector to meet mission-critical needs across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.

What we're looking for
Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field within the last 12 months.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a security clearance.
Ability to perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
Ability to develop test plans, procedures, and cases while conducting tests and documenting results.
Proficiency in using software tools, scripting, and performing software/hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze system requirements from end systems and users.
Ability to support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
Experience in systems engineering, architecture, analysis, performance modeling, or project management (preferred); familiarity with Rhapsody (preferred).
