What you'll do

  • Support laboratory, benchtop, and manufacturing systems while ensuring compliance with data integrity and GMP standards.

  • Develop and propose data-driven technical solutions to resolve complex operational problems.
  • Coordinate system issues across multiple departments and manufacturing sites.
  • Leverage AI and data science techniques to improve workflows and drive outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience in Information Systems or Business Analysis.
  • Must have a high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Information Systems or Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Administration including system configuration, user management, and security troubleshooting is required.
  • Experience with analytical instruments, configuration, and integration with Laboratory Platforms is required.
  • Experience working within Quality Records, Data Integrity, and GMP environments is required.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for core application platforms.
  • Proficiency in technical root cause analysis, incident investigation, and troubleshooting on computerized systems.
  • Familiarity with ALCOA++ Principles and capabilities in AI and data engineering are preferred.
