In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of strategists, data specialists, and AI practitioners to help organizations solve complex business challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and create long-term value through strategic transformation. You will work on diverse projects across industries such as healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing to reimagine business models and improve performance. The role requires a foundational understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and organizational performance. What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).
Foundational understanding of business strategy, market analysis, business operations, organizational performance, or transformation concepts.
Ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate data, identify trends, and develop structured recommendations.
Experience with strategy, business analysis, consulting, research, analytics, transformation, or process improvement through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations.
Understanding of how technology, data, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation are reshaping industries and business models.
Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and business audiences through presentations and reports.
Familiarity with business analytics, financial analysis, data visualization, process improvement, or strategic planning concepts (preferred).
