As an Associate Finance Specialist - Finance Transformation - 2027, you will join the Finance Transformation practice within a consulting delivery center to help organizations optimize financial operations and improve business performance. You will work alongside experienced consultants and technology specialists to modernize finance processes, enhance reporting and decision-making, and drive operational efficiency for diverse clients in sectors like healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. Your daily work involves leveraging technology, data, and innovation to solve complex business challenges and navigate evolving digital landscapes. The role requires a foundational understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will utilize skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement while engaging with tools involving artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence platforms to improve financial outcomes and streamline enterprise technologies for various large-scale organizations.

What we're looking for
Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, business operations, or performance management concepts.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems using a structured and analytical approach.
Exposure to finance, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or transformation initiatives through coursework, projects, internships, research, or student organizations.
Understanding of how technology, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and data can help organizations improve financial and business outcomes.
Interest in consulting, finance transformation, enterprise technologies, and business process optimization.
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, financial systems, or process improvement methodologies (preferred).
