What we're looking for
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biological Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Protein Chemistry, or a related field.
Demonstrated technical aptitude through academic, internship, co-op, undergraduate research, or professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate issues from multiple perspectives including safety, compliance, and process.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation.
Ability to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes quickly while working independently and collaboratively.
Experience in biotechnology, biologics, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, or related manufacturing environments (preferred).
Knowledge of fermentation, cell culture, purification, filtration, sterile manufacturing, or cGMP environments (preferred).
Familiarity with statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma, or regulated manufacturing requirements (preferred).
