What you'll do

  • Develop scalable hybrid and cloud-based data solutions for financial market clearing and risk activities.
  • Architect and maintain a Java/Cucumber BDD automation framework with three-tier memory management and Jenkins orchestration.
  • Design and develop multi-threaded distributed Java applications using Apache Kafka and JMS for high-throughput data pipelines.
  • Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Implement Hibernate caching with JPA/JDBC and author complex SQL/PL/SQL queries across Oracle, MySQL, and DB2.
  • Perform application and project risk analysis to recommend quality improvements for information systems.
  • Provide production support by advising on system functionality and implementing necessary fixes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Five years of experience as a software engineer, software developer, or in a related role.
  • Experience architecting and maintaining a Java/Cucumber BDD automation framework with three-tier memory management and Jenkins wrapper jobs.
  • Experience designing and developing multi-threaded distributed Java applications using Apache Kafka and JMS messaging.
  • Experience building and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience implementing Hibernate Level 1 & Level 2 caching with JPA/JDBC.
