The Associate Managing Consultant, Technical Program Management joins the Advisors & Consulting Services team to lead technology programs and strategic initiatives for clients in financial services, payments, and fintech. Daily responsibilities include capturing requirements, managing risks and dependencies, and developing executive-level status reporting. You will support the implementation of APIs, platforms, and data solutions while analyzing business processes for optimization. Required skills include business analysis, process mapping, and experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies. You must understand the Software Development Lifecycle and possess proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project to solve complex technical and operational delivery challenges.

What we're looking for
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Technology Consulting, or a related discipline.
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving software delivery, technology implementation, systems integration, APIs, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, process mapping, user story development, stakeholder interviews, and solution documentation.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), product development processes, and technology delivery practices.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Exposure to financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or technology consulting industries.
