  • Own the performance of SMB Ads business across International markets.
  • Define and execute strategy for revenue growth in International markets.

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science teams to release new features.
  • Devise go-to-market playbooks and enable teams through relevant training.

What we're looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, program management, or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL experience preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching and scaling new initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and partnership-building skills.
  • Ability to devise go-to-market strategies and enable teams through training and resources.
