Own ServiceNow enhancement requests from initial intake through release and validation.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with technical leads and developers to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business intent.
Prioritize project requests based on business value, urgency, complexity, and delivery readiness.
Coordinate demand and delivery activities including requirement reviews, development handoffs, and release communications.
Perform initial unit-test validation to confirm functionality meets documented requirements before user acceptance testing.
Manage the user acceptance testing process including test planning, defect documentation, and approval collection.

What we're looking for
Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field.

Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a required security clearance.
Exposure to ServiceNow, ITSM, business analysis, Agile, Scrum, or project coordination (preferred).
Ability to translate business needs into organized requirements and manage multiple stakeholders (preferred).
Basic understanding of software development, testing, and the software delivery lifecycle (preferred).
Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (preferred).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or willingness to obtain it within one year (preferred).
