The IT Business Analyst, Mid joins an Agile team to develop digital products and modernize management weapons systems within a cloud-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment. Working alongside requirements analysts, designers, developers, and testers, the individual will identify client business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories to create deployable features for the Air Force. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft products like Visio and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data visualization through process maps and frameworks. Candidates should possess knowledge of SysML or similar modeling languages and have the ability to conduct research and evaluate options for action. Technical skills may include creating tickets and developing queries in Azure DevOps. This position requires a Secret clearance and involves solving complex problems related to nuclear compatibility, surety, and DoD acquisition processes.

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a business analyst or process improvement practitioner.
Experience using Microsoft Products, including Visio and PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization, such as process maps and frameworks.
Knowledge of SysML or similar modeling language.
Ability to conduct research, evaluate options, assess system functionality, and present concepts to varied audiences.
Master's degree (preferred); experience with root cause analysis, Azure DevOps, nuclear compatibility, DoD acquisition, or Air Force manuals (preferred).
