Associate, Integration / Test Engineer will join the team to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. The role involves coordinating assembly level through system level integration and testing activities while ensuring all technical obligations are met. Define and synthesize test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, and test case designs.
Execute functional testing at the system, CCA, and component levels while documenting results.
Perform scripting and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using specialized tools.
Configure and document hardware and software systems to perform verification and validation.
Conduct root cause analysis and create corresponding corrective actions.
Analyze failure trends to identify and resolve issues quickly for the operations team.
What we're looking for
Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Applicants may have completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field within the last 12 months.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens to obtain a security clearance.
Ability to perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
Experience developing test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, reports, flow, and case design.
Proficiency in executing system, CCA, and component level functional testing.
Skill in using software tools, performing scripting, and conducting software/hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and correction action creation.
