What you'll do

Own end-to-end feature development across front-end, back-end microservices, and data layers.
Design and develop Python-based microservices for investment portfolio construction and direct indexing.
Build, deploy, and maintain services within a Kubernetes-based cloud environment.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for high-availability systems.
Modernize platform components by adopting best-in-class technologies and tools.
Utilize AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate development, testing, and debugging.

What we're looking for

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Full stack web development experience across modern web and backend ecosystems.
At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role.
Experience in modern object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, or Swift.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools, AWS/cloud environments, and Kubernetes (preferred).
