What you'll do

  • Develop, integrate, test, and maintain full-stack software capabilities from requirements through production delivery.
  • Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and data integrations within established architectural standards.
  • Create user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Manage and query relational databases such as PostgreSQL to support application functionality.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve technical problems in an Agile environment.
  • Implement automated build, test, and CI/CD processes to improve delivery pipelines.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering including developing, testing, integrating, or maintaining applications.
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications using an object-oriented programming language.
  • 4+ years of experience developing web applications using frontend technologies or frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL.
  • Experience with automated build, test, or CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or 12+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Python, microservices, Kubernetes, or DevSecOps environments (preferred).
