What you'll do

  • Write and implement full-stack code for enterprise applications using Java, React, and Spring Boot.
  • Decompose acceptance criteria to understand team backlog deliverables, complexities, and technical risks.
  • Design, document, and develop scalable microservices and high-performance RESTful APIs.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for efficient service orchestration.
  • Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and optimize software solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex coding and application performance issues.
  • Automate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality.
  • Streamline and automate redundant processes within architecture, build, and production operations.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of proven software development experience specializing in Java, JavaScript frameworks like React, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of robust web applications.
  • Proficiency in Microservices frameworks, Event-Driven Services, and Cloud-Native Application Development including REST and GraphQL.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL with a deep understanding of Relational Database Management Systems, particularly Oracle.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools for building and deploying code, such as Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
  • Practical experience with AI tools for enhancing development workflows and experience working within Agile methodologies using JIRA.
  • Experience with AWS is considered a significant advantage (preferred).
